Dr. Hartman is a clinical and forensic psychologist specializing in working with deaf and hard of hearing individuals and families. He is deaf himself and worked full-time in the Forensic Psychiatric Services program at the Oregon State Hospital before relocating to Arizona to focus exclusively on his work with Psychological Assessment Services for the Deaf.
With almost 20 years professional experience in mental health, and as a graduate of the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Schaumburg Campus, specializing in assessment and treatment of deaf and hard of hearing individuals, Dr. Hartman works with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his areas of expertise are general psychological assessment, forensic assessment, risk assessment and management, complex patients, testimony, and individuals with personality disorders.
Dr. Hartman is licensed in Arizona and Oregon. He is an Oregon Certified Forensic evaluator.
